A licensed provider will review your health assessment and conduct a telehealth consultation, which may take place via live video or through an asynchronous provider review, as determined by your provider and in accordance with the telehealth laws of your state. If the provider determines that treatment is appropriate, a prescription will be sent to a licensed pharmacy for fulfillment. Typical processing and delivery time is approximately 4–5 business days. No. The RX Optimal membership is a self-pay healthcare service and does not require insurance. Flexible payment options are available.

GLP-1 receptor agonists are a class of medications originally developed for type 2 diabetes that have also been FDA approved (in their brand-name forms) for weight management in certain patients. The compounded versions available through the RX Optimal membership are NOT FDA approved and have not been independently evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality. Your provider will evaluate your medical history, current medications, and contraindications (including a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN2 syndrome) to determine whether treatment is appropriate for you.

You may pause or cancel your membership at any time. If you and your provider decide to discontinue GLP-1 treatment, your provider may recommend a tapering schedule. Weight regain after discontinuation is common and your provider can discuss strategies for long-term weight management.

Your RX Optimal membership includes telehealth consultations with a licensed provider, a personalized care plan, prescription fulfillment if appropriate, and shipping. All pricing is displayed on our membership plans page.

Your consultation may be conducted by a physician (MD or DO), physician assistant (PA), or nurse practitioner (NP/APRN). All providers in our network are licensed in your state of residence and credentialed by Usable Health, PC. The type of provider assigned to your care is determined based on your clinical needs, state licensing requirements, and provider availability.

Your RX Optimal membership provides access to our technology platform and administrative coordination services, including appointment facilitation, care coordination support, and prescription fulfillment logistics if your provider prescribes medication. All medical services, including clinical assessments, treatment planning, and prescribing decisions, are provided exclusively by Usable Health, PC and its affiliated professional medical practices. RX Optimal does not provide medical services, does not employ healthcare providers, does not participate in clinical decisions, and does not practice medicine. Your provider will independently evaluate your health profile and determine whether treatment with Compounded Semaglutide, Compounded Tirzepatide, or any other medication is clinically appropriate for you. A prescription is never guaranteed as part of your RX Optimal membership.
